Leadership roles are demanding. Many leaders spend their time responding to immediate pressures: making decisions, managing people, navigating change, and balancing competing priorities. What is often missing is protected space to step back and reflect on how leadership is being enacted, and what impact it is having on others.

I am currently recruiting two workplace leaders to participate in four free weekly coaching sessions as part of an MSc leadership coaching assignment. Sessions will take place in March and April 2026.

The coaching will focus on a live leadership issue involving your role, team, or organisational context. Suitable themes include:

leading a team through change or uncertainty
managing team dynamics, performance, or engagement
clarifying leadership approach within an existing team
navigating organisational demands, priorities, or constraints
improving the impact of leadership behaviours on others

The coaching will not focus on personal issues, therapeutic themes, or individual psychological concerns (such as confidence, self-esteem, or imposter syndrome). The emphasis is on leadership practice and its impact on the team or organisation.

A 30-minute discovery call to discuss the suitability of the coaching for your needs and for my assignment
Four weekly coaching sessions (approximately 60 minutes each), delivered during March and April 2026

To be eligible, participants must:

be aged 18 or over
be based in the UK
currently hold a leadership role with responsibility for others (Team leader and above)
be available for four weekly coaching sessions during March and April 2026
be willing for coaching sessions to be audio-recorded for academic purposes

Sessions may take part online via Microsoft Teams or in-person in St Georges Weston-super-Mare BS22 7SB
